This game has an weird issue when at the loading screen where the text flies by extremely fast. Nothing game breaking but just something to note.

Resolution scaling issues.

There's some reports of resolutions not scaling properly. I think it might only apply to people with 1080p displays since 720p, 1440p, 4k scale properly. 720p 1080p 1440p 4k

The Lighting is improved

On a positive note, not everything is bad in this version. I find the lighting to be superior compared to the original. Legacy has Super Hyper realistic RTX Path Tracing confirmed. Original Legacy

Buggy UI icons

The Sims 1 has buggy UI icons that looks ugly Faithbeam (creator of the widescreen patcher) has shown it can be fixed.
