Buggy UI icons
The Sims 1 has buggy UI icons that looks ugly
Faithbeam (creator of the widescreen patcher) has shown it can be fixed.
Resolution scaling issues.
There's some reports of resolutions not scaling properly. I think it might only apply to people with 1080p displays since 720p, 1440p, 4k scale properly. 720p 1080p 1440p 4k
